We ship across Europe and worldwide. You can order from our online shop throughout Europe and beyond. Delivery time depends on the destination of the package and the timing and method of payment.

Within Croatia, it takes 24 working hours to process the order. After that, the package is shipped, and its delivery takes 2-4 working days. *If you are ordering to one of our islands, delivery takes 2-3 working days longer.

For all orders outside of Croatia (international orders), it takes 1-3 working days to process and 7-12 working days for delivery. *Some remote and less accessible places may take 1-3 working days longer.

Damage can occur during transport and handling by the delivery service. If you receive your order and one or more products are damaged, please contact us at info@nudeandrude.eu with a photo of the damage and the order details, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction despite the issue.

Of course, contact us at info@nudeandrude.eu within 15 days of receiving the package, and we will provide you with all the information needed for the return process. Naturally, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
