Cash on Delivery

We offer you the option of cash on delivery (direct payment to the courier at the delivery address) for purchases in the Republic of Croatia. In this case, after confirming the order, the goods will be sent to you by courier service, and you will pay the courier upon delivery.

Conversion Statement

If you are making a payment from Croatia via a deposit to the Seller's transaction account, the payment is made in EUR currency and in this case, there is no currency conversion.

All payments will be made in Croatian currency - euro (EUR).

The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained by converting the price in Euros to your respective national currency to according to the applicable exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging the credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the credit card association's exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the original price listed on our website.

Item Exchange

If after receiving the item you ordered you find that you want to exchange it for another item of the same or higher price category, contact us at +385 99 221 3333 or send us an email at info@nudeandrude.eu with the order number, the code of the item you want to exchange, and the code of the item for which you want to exchange the originally ordered item.

We will then perform a physical check of the availability of the desired item, after which you will receive instructions at your email address explaining the entire process of exchanging the item for another.

The ordered item cannot be exchanged if it has been used, i.e., when returning the goods, they must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in the original undamaged packaging.

After submitting a request for item exchange, it is necessary to adequately pack the goods and send them by courier service, along with the printed, filled-out documentation you received at your email address after submitting the item exchange request. As soon as the original goods arrive at our company, the replacement item will be sent to you.

Exchange Period

The exchange period for items is 14 days from the moment the customer submits the request and after receiving the product.

Costs

The customer bears the costs of exchanging goods and money, except in cases where the customer receives a defective or wrong item. If the customer made a mistake in choosing the item, upon receipt of the goods, the customer pays the amount of one postage according to the official price list of the courier service. You pay the postage in cash to the courier who will take the goods for exchange.

Termination of Contract Due to Product Defect

In the event that the reason for return or exchange is a damaged or defective product, the exchange is at the expense of the Seller, provided that the Product was received without visible external damage during transport. It is necessary to report product defects within 5 working days of receipt.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt from the delivery service and the Buyer notices a reason for complaint due to handling during delivery, the goods should be immediately reported to the delivery person because complaints related to transport and delivery reported after the delivery of the delivered Products will not be considered by the Seller.

Responsibility for Material Defects of Products

The seller is responsible for material defects of the items it sells on its website in accordance with positive regulations, especially the Obligations Act of the Republic of Croatia and the Consumer Protection Act.

Execution of Product Returns

Ordered products are packed in such a way that they do not get damaged during usual handling in transport/delivery. Packages may include various protective materials to prevent breakage (paper, styrofoam, sponge, and/or similar).

The buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller complete, in all cases when returning the Product for any reason, and in the condition in which it was delivered to him and in the original packaging (commercial packaging in which the goods were also delivered), with all accompanying parts and documentation, and any label indicating that the Product has not been used or damaged must not be removed or damaged. The product must not be used more than 20%, i.e., at least 80% of the product must be preserved in order to meet the conditions for return.

If the Buyer returns the product defective, with major damage, or without parts and documentation, and if it is not delivered within 14 days from the report of contract termination, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to return the goods, and the Seller is not obliged to refund the paid funds or exchange.

The buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the day when, in accordance with Article 74 of the Consumer Protection Act, he notified the Seller of his decision to terminate the contract. It is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled his obligation on time if he sends the goods or delivers them to the Seller before the expiration of the aforementioned period. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Justification of Returns

If the return request is justified, the Seller will, based on the return or exchange request, refund the funds to the account specified by the Buyer in the request or exchange the product for a new one within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product at the address specified in the complaint form. If the Seller undoubtedly determines that the product complaint is unjustified or that the defect of the ordered product occurred due to inadequate handling or use, the Seller is not obliged to refund the money or deliver a replacement product with a written explanation of the reasons for not accepting the return or exchange request.
