Transactions on www.nudeandrude.eu web store are conducted between the Seller (Basic Model d.o.o.) and the Buyer (registered users of www.nudeandrude.eu).

Buyer: a person who registers their personal data and orders at least one product offered on the website www.nudeandrude.eu

Visitor of the website: a person who accesses www.nudeandrude.eu and reviews the product offer and content of the site without registration

Users: Buyers and Visitors of the site together

Sales Contract: Sales Contract for the Product between the Buyer and the Seller concluded at the moment of payment confirmation for the product, i.e., when the Buyer confirms the order and makes payment through the offered payment options in the web store.

Acceptance of General Terms

These General Terms are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (in the text: ZZP), the Electronic Commerce Act (in the text: ZET), and the Obligations Act (in the text: ZOO), and together with the information published on the website www.nudeandrude.eu, represent the pre-contractual notice in the sense of Article 57 of the ZZP.

By accepting these Terms, the User explicitly accepts that:

• The Seller cannot be responsible for the behavior of service users, and the risk of possible damage is entirely borne by the service users, in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU.
• The Seller is not responsible for the possible temporary unavailability of the website www.nudeandrude.eu, nor for partial or complete interruption of work or malfunctioning.
• www.nudeandrude.eu may be temporarily unavailable or available in a limited scope as a result of regular system maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure, and the Seller is not responsible for possible damages.
• The Seller reserves the right to change, cancel (temporarily or permanently) any element, as well as the services provided and the content published by the user on www.nudeandrude.eu, without prior approval or notice to the user, with the application of good business practices.
• The Seller is not responsible for technical problems that may lead to delays and/or incorrect processing of electronic data.
• The www.nudeandrude.eu site, during its operation, complies with social rules and laws. A user who notices a problem, violation, unacceptable content, etc., is obliged to notify the Seller at the email address info@nudeandrude.eu.
• The Seller is not responsible if the data, images, and other elements of the website infringe someone's intellectual or copyright rights. If you believe that your right or the right of a third party has been violated, please inform us at info@nudeandrude.eu.
• The Seller reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed user accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
• The Seller may use a review containing the User's and Buyer's name for marketing purposes. By using www.nudeandrude.eu, it is considered that the User is familiar with these General Terms and accepts them. The Seller disclaims any responsibility for any contentious issues that may arise due to the Visitor of the site, User, and/or Buyer not reading the General Terms.

Product Prices

Product prices are retail and expressed in EUR. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. The statutory VAT rate is included in the prices of our products. Product prices are subject to change until the purchase is confirmed. The price of the goods is determined for each product individually. The offeror can determine certain discounts, vouchers, and points for purchases via the site that can apply to a certain period unless the offeror decides otherwise. The sales contract between the offeror and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the offeror confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic notification of the confirmed order status). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to the offeror and the buyer. Prices for our products may change without notice.

Price Changes

The stated prices are subject to changes, and each change will be timely recorded within the web store. The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice. Sales, promotional, and promo sales will be conducted within the web store for individual products, groups of products, and/or all products.

Prices, payment terms, and promotional offers are valid exclusively at the time of the order. In promotional sales, the sale of products on promotion is limited. It is possible to use discount codes if the buyer or potential buyer meets certain conditions. Each discount code has its specific conditions.

If a seasonal promotion, sale, or general promotion is active for all or most products, the use of discount codes is disabled.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The price of the item visible at the time of purchase is valid. All prices are current and regularly updated.

Entering the price in the web store is done on multiple levels and is thoroughly controlled, but despite the high level of control, there is a possibility of error. Such situations are exceptional, and we apologize to our customers in advance, whom we will notify of the situation, the incorrect price for a particular product, and the possible inability to deliver according to the customer's specific order.

Delivery Conditions

Where do we deliver the goods?

Through www.nudeandrude.eu, it is possible to purchase and deliver products on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the territory of EU member countries and the World. Delivery is carried out by engaging a reputable delivery service. Delivery is made to the home or business address specified by the Buyer during the purchase on the website www.nudeandrude.eu.

Delivery Time

Through www.nudeandrude.eu, it is possible to purchase and deliver products on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the territory of EU member countries and the World. Delivery is carried out by engaging a reputable delivery service. Delivery is made to the home or business address specified by the Buyer during the purchase on the website www.nudeandrude.eu.

Our support service will contact you only if there are any issues related to your order.

Within a maximum of 24 hours from the occurrence of the Sales Contract (execution of orders in the web store), we will fulfill the order to the delivery service with accurate location and contact information for collecting the goods.

Package Delivery

Delivery is made within the period indicated for each product. We do not influence the delivery of postal services or possible retention of the package at customs. Delivery of all products is carried out on working days from Monday to Friday.

If products are sent within Croatia, the delivery time is 2-6 working days, and if sent outside Croatia, the delivery time is 7-10 working days.

In some cases, it may be possible to wait up to 15 working days for the product due to national holidays, holidays, or increased traffic at post offices.

In such situations, when we receive timely information from a foreign supplier, we will inform you about the possibility of extending the delivery time.

Delivery Price

The delivery price for all orders depends on the delivery location and the value and weight of the purchased products.

The delivery price is always separately displayed and printed on the invoice. The Seller charges the Buyer for the product delivery service according to the price list, and the delivery price includes the product packaging.

The delivery price will depend on the delivery address of the order and the quantity, i.e., the weight of the ordered products. The delivery price will be displayed to the Buyer after completing the order and selecting the delivery address.

The Seller is not responsible for possible delays in delivery, damages, and other obligations within the domain of the delivery service, but in agreement with them, the Seller will ensure top-notch service for each customer.

If the Buyer notices any damages when receiving the goods, they must file a complaint with the delivery person on the spot and report it in writing to the Seller's email address info@nudeandrude.eu.
